Board of Management

The Board of Management consists of fifteen member organisations who meet on a bi-monthly basis. The Board of Management make all decisions in regards to Southern Mallee PCP and oversees all of the partnership’s activities.

Board of Management Responsibilities

The roles and responsibilities of the SMPCP Board of Management are;

  • To be accountable for, and co-sign the consortia Funding and Service Agreement
  • To establish and monitor mutual responsibilities of the partnership
  • To ensure a current strategic and operational plan for the SMPCP
  • To recruit, appoint and provide supervision to a suitable candidate to fulfil the role of Executive Officer for the SMPCP
  • To ensure the SMPCP Executive Officer has a valid and agreed Instrument of Delegation in place providing authority to approve operational transactions for the SMPCP
  • To ensure current service agreements are in place for the roles and responsibilities related to Fund holder and Employing organisation
  • To ensure current, appropriate and relevant governance policies and procedures are in place for the SMPCP including those related to Fund holder and Employing organisation
  • To discuss specific agreed matters impacting on local issues consistent with the SMPCP directions
